Category focus. Category management with the focus to create more value for the organization. Activities: Cross-functional stakeholder management, Project management, Category strategy development and management.

Strategy focus. Develop the procurement strategy of the organization in addition to people management. Activities: Procurement strategy development and management in line with the business strategy and people management.

Enabler focus. Enable the procurement organization to perform. Activities: Stakeholder management and influencing stakeholders to engage in continuous improvement activities in line with the procurement strategy.

Planner. Forecasting of demand and the resulting inventory needs, optimization of inventory levels, tracking of stock movements, planning and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments. Professional Skills: Transportation, scheduling, inventory management, planning, MRP, lean management.

Buyer. Operational and strategic purchasing, supplier relationship management, materials requirements planning, materials management. Professional Skills: Procurement, scheduling, inventory management, planning, MRP, lean management.

Analyst. Forecasting and improvement of supply chain processes through data- and performance analysis, identification of potentials for improvement and development of recommendations. Professional Skills: Analysis of supply chain performance, supply chain planning (JIT, MRP), statistical methods, logistics contracts and -tariffs, process improvement, project management, lean management.

Operator. Operate Material Handling Equipment, load and unload stock, pick and pack products, operate RF scanners, operate machines in production, assemble products, drive trucks, deliver products. Professional Skills: Supply chain planning, transportation, warehousing & safety, manufacturing.

Operations Coordinator. Verify orders, arrange transport, manage traffic, allocate drivers, communicate with clients, coordinate workflows, take stock, make sure that incoming stock is unloaded/stored correctly, ensure compliance with safety standards. Professional Skills: Procurement, supply chain planning, transportation, warehousing & safety, manufacturing.

Operations Manager. Co-ordinate supply chain processes over the whole value chain, responsible for warehousing, transportation, logistics and distribution and monitoring the flow of materials and products. Professional Skills: Value chain, inventory- and demand management, MRP, warehousing & logistics, WMS, VMI, dispatching, safety & security, procurement, SC strategy, Lean and Six Sigma, SC sustainability, stakeholder- and team management.

Master Scheduling Manager. Creating, implementing and optimizing / maintaining the master schedule for selected materials and / or products. Professional Skills: Demand management and forecasting, supply planning, master planning, MRP, S&OP, capacity management, scheduling, SC strategy, procurement, Lean and Six Sigma, SC sustainability.

Materials Manager. Responsible for the material inventory and -flow throughout the whole supply chain of a company. Professional Skills: Value chain, inventory- and demand management, MRP, warehousing & logistics, WMS, VMI, dispatching, safety & security, procurement, service level agreements, SC strategy, Lean and Six Sigma, SC sustainability.

Supply Chain Manager. Define the supply chain strategy, define, implement and steer all supply chain activities with a focus on infrastructure, logistics, SC synchronization and performance. Often international scope of activities. Professional Skills: Warehousing, transportation, distribution, logistics, SC synchronization, risk management, SC sustainability, procurement, Lean and Six Sigma, project management, stakeholder management, NLP, leadership.

Supply Chain ExecutiveDefine, build-up and lead the supply chain department in a company, responsible for all supply chain activities, responsible for the overall supply chain strategy. Professional Skills: Understanding of all SC competences as well as legal and finance, SC strategy, Lean & Six Sigma, project- and risk management, stakeholder management, NLP, leadership.
